1. General Use

LANUP is provided free of charge for creating football match stats, lineups, and formations. The software is offered "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

2. Ownership of Content

LANUP does not claim ownership over any infographics, images, descriptions, or configurations you create using the application. You remain the sole owner of all files generated and stored on your device. We assume no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of the stats and lineups you create.

3. Local File System Responsibilities

Our application requires access to local storage APIs (LocalStorage, IndexedDB) and optionally the File System Access API to function properly. You are responsible for the backup of any data or .lanup files you export. LANUP is not liable for unintentional data loss, system corruption, or any damage to data resulting from browser updates, clearing browser data, or application bugs.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the application to create or share content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of third parties. While we cannot monitor local operations, users failing to abide by reasonable ethical usage standards may be excluded from project community support.

5. Support and Donations

LANUP is a community-driven tool maintained by creators. Support or donations made toward the project are voluntary and non-refundable. They do not constitute a purchase of services, nor do they grant the donor specialized ownership or exclusive features unless explicitly stated during a promotional tier.

6. Changes to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the application at any time, including the availability of certain features, without prior notice. We also reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service. Continued use of LANUP after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
